About us

I started Hyer construction & renovations in 2000 as a single person based business. I sub-contracted myself to another construction company here in Vernon for 6 and a half years. With the boom in our industry the last few years, I decided it was time to take the plunge and to make a go of it on my own. In October of 2005 I hired my first employee and haven't looked back since! We are a small company, only four employees, with big ambitions and a huge love for what we do! Consisting of one journeyman carpenter(18 years experiance), two apprentices and a labourer who I think is part sponge! We do all types of construction, large and small, but we seem to specialize in renovations and finishing. I have been a member of the Better Business Bureau since October of 2005.
