Kerry and Marianne Selles started KMS Home Energy Upgrades in the fall of 2002, offering homeowners a better way to look at upgrading their home. With the "House As A System" approach, KMS focuses on energy efficient renovations to the building envelope - windows, doors, insulation, ventilation. By doing this KMS can provide the homeowner with a house that is more comfortable, works efficiently with reduced energy cost, at the same time increasing the value and overall appearance.

With the increase in consumer knowledge and demand for quality, KMS offers the Vinyltek window system, an Energy Star High Efficiency rated window, for both the New Construction or Renovation market.
