Terms and Conditions for use of the directory

If you use the Tradesmen Directory web site (the “Directory”) you agree with the owner(s) of the Directory (the “we/us”) as follows, and you acknowledge that use of the Directory is sufficient consideration for your agreement:

• We can not be held liable for any damage or expense that you suffer or incur by reason of any error or omission in the Directory and you hereby release us and our employees, heirs, executors, administrators and personal representatives from all such liability.

• We are not responsible for any work, services or materials provided or not provided by persons or corporations listed the Directory and you hereby release us and our employees, heirs and personal representatives from any and all liability for any damage or expense that you suffer or incur directly or indirectly as a result of the provision of or failure to provide such work, services or materials.

• The Directory is not a referral service.

• We use third-party advertising companies to serve ads when you visit our website. These companies may use information (not including your name, address, email address, or telephone number) about your visits to this and other websites in order to provide advertisements about goods and services of interest to you. Terms and Conditions of listing in the directory

If you as a tradesperson, contractor or other similar person or corporation (“you”) apply to be listed in The Tradesmen Directory web site (the “Directory”), you agree with the owner(s) of the Directory (“we/us”) as follows and you acknowledge that our consideration of your application is sufficient consideration for your agreement whether or not your application is accepted:

• We reserve the right, in our absolute discretion, to refuse to list you and other persons and corporations in the Directory and we will not be required to give reasons for our decision
• Profiles and Job Postings may not contain information that, in our opinion, could be harmful to our credibility or reputation or that of the Directory such as, but not limited to, information that, in our opinion, is or may be incorrect, misleading or offensive (“Inappropriate Information”).
• Applications for listing of profiles and Job Postings that are refused for containing Inappropriate Information may be accepted if the Inappropriate Information is deleted or is corrected to our satisfaction and resubmitted to the Directory.
• Profiles will not go on-line until full payment for the service is received from you. If you or your financial institution cancel payment or you fail to make any future payment required of you, the Profile or Job Posting will be suspended until the required payment is made.
• The Tradesmen Directory will put, on-line, all Profiles that comply with these Terms and Conditions within 48 hours from receiving the acceptable application and will put on line Job Postings within 12 hours.
• Information regarding applications for listing that do not comply with these Terms and Conditions will be sent to the submitting person via the email address that was provided with the account information
